will be giving each incoming Freshman a copy of Same Kind of Different as Me. Ron and Denver will be in Abilene to meet with the students. They will be telling their story at an evening event that will be in Moody Coliseum on the ACU campus at 7:00 p.m. A book signing will follow. The event will be open to the community and is free of charge.

in Baton Rouge, LA have invited Ron and Denver to be the guest speakers at their first fundraising event. It will be held at the Baton Rouge River Center Theater for the Performing Arts at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $25.00 in advance and will go on sale in mid-August. Lutheran Youth Gathering is an event for high school students and will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center on November 28-30th. The theme of the event is "Pulse" based on Ezekiel 36:26, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."
